§226-56 Functional plans; form and submittal.
(a)Functional plans shall be prepared to further define and implement statewide goals, objectives, policies, and priority guidelines contained in this chapter.
(b)Functional plans shall be prepared and revised in accordance with guidelines developed by the office of planning and sustainable development.
