§147-61 Certificate, prima facie evidence. A certificate, when not superseded by a finding on appeal, or a finding on appeal of the grade, classification, quality, or condition of any food product, issued under this part and all certificates issued under authority of the Congress of the United States relating to the grade, classification, quality, or condition of food products shall be accepted in any court of this State as prima facie evidence of the true grade, classification, quality, or condition of such food product at the time of its inspection.
