§11-101 Elections eligible to be conducted by mail. Beginning with the 2020 primary election, all elections shall be conducted by mail in accordance with this title. A voter in an election conducted by mail shall not be precluded from voting by absentee ballot under chapter 15 or 15D, if the voter complies with the applicable requirements.
