[§486B-5] Injunctions. Any person who violates this chapter may be enjoined by the circuit court by a mandatory injunction or temporary restraining order necessary or proper to effectuate the purposes of this chapter in a suit brought by the attorney general in the name of the State or by any private person in the person's own name.
