[ §327N-4] Wastewater discharge. Hydrolysis facilities shall pretreat the wastewater effluent prior to discharge pursuant to county, state, and federal regulations. The wastewater shall only be discharged into a municipal sewer system as approved by the counties. Discharges into privately owned wastewater systems shall not be allowed. [L 2022, c 294, pt of §2]
