§291C-194 Driver's license possession; required.
(a)No person shall drive a moped unless the person is in immediate possession of a valid driver's license or instruction permit at all times.
(b)The driver of a moped shall, upon the demand of a police officer, exhibit the driver's driver's license or instruction permit.
(c)Any person who is convicted of violating this section shall be subject to penalties as provided under section 291C-161(b) and (h).
