This subdivision was enacted as an addition to repealed chapter 305, but is codified to this chapter pursuant to L 2006, c 75, §18.
[§304A-1141] Purpose . The purpose of the construction academy is to develop student interest in the construction industry and to build a foundation for general construction skills that prepares students at the pre-apprenticeship level for more in-depth professional trades training and workforce development.
