§128D-11 Recordkeeping requirements. No person, with intent to avoid, evade, prevent, or obstruct compliance in whole or in part with any investigative action or request made under this chapter, or any enforcement action taken under this chapter, shall remove from any place, conceal, withhold, destroy, mutilate, alter, or by any other means falsify any record, report, or information that is the subject of or who has reason to believe that they may be the subject of any investigative action or request under section 128D-4(a) and (b).
