[§124B-146] Wilfully disobeying superior commissioned officer. Any person subject to this chapter who wilfully disobeys a lawful command of that person's superior commissioned officer shall be punished:
(1)If the offense is committed in time of war, by confinement of no more than ten years or other punishment as directed by a court-martial; and
(2)If the offense is committed at any other time, by punishment as directed by a court-martial. [L 2022, c 286, pt of §2]
