Plans previously recorded pursuant to subsection
(b)of Code Section 44-3-77 may be used in lieu of new plans to satisfy in whole or in part the requirements of Code Section 44-3-89 if certifications thereof are recorded by the declarant in accordance with subsection
(c)of Code Section 44-3-83.
