604.13 Limited agricultural association; bylaws.

Each association organized hereunder shall, by a majority vote of its members, within 30 days after its organization, adopt for its government and management a code of bylaws, which shall be taken and deemed to be the law of the association. The bylaws shall provide for such matters as may be pertinent and necessary to the business, including the matter of the acceptance of memberships, the issuance of certificates of membership, the fixing of the voting and participation rights of the owners of such certificates, the assignability of such certificates, the election of a managing committee and the determination of its powers, the time and place of meetings of the association and the election, powers and duties of its officers.
