Any person who violates any of the provisions of s. 516.02 , s. 516.031 , s. 516.05 (3), s. 516.05 (6), or s. 516.07 (1)(e) commits a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083 .
