469.011 Authority to make rules.

The department shall adopt rules pursuant to ss. 120.536
(1)and 120.54 to implement the provisions of this chapter. In developing the rules, the department shall consider related Florida Statutes and the rules promulgated thereunder, the criteria established in the Environmental Protection Agency Guidelines, and AHERA, ASHARA, NESHAP, and OSHA regulations.
