945.041 Reports.

The department shall publish on its website and make available to the public the following information, updated on a quarterly basis:
(1)Inmate admissions by offense type. Burglary of dwelling offenses under s. 810.02
(2)and (3)(a) and
(b)shall be reported as a separate category from all other property crimes.
(2)The recidivism rate. As used in this subsection, the term “recidivism” means an inmate’s rearrest, reconviction, reincarceration, or probation revocation in the state within a 3-year time period following the inmate’s release from incarceration.
