(1)In compiling the Department of Law Enforcement Crime in Florida Annual Report, the department shall include the results of the arrest policy provided for under s. 901.15
(7)with respect to domestic violence to include: separate statistics on occurrences of and arrests for domestic versus nondomestic violence, such as battery, aggravated battery, assault, aggravated assault, sexual battery, the illegal use of firearms, arson, homicide, murder, manslaughter, or the attempt of any of the above.
(2)Each agency in the state which is involved with the enforcement, monitoring, or prosecution of crimes of domestic violence shall collect and maintain records of each domestic violence incident for access by investigators preparing for bond hearings and prosecutions for acts of domestic violence. This information shall be provided to the court at first appearance hearings and all subsequent hearings.
