876.24 Membership in subversive organization; penalty.

It shall be unlawful for any person to become or to remain a member of a subversive organization or a foreign subversive organization knowing said organization to be a subversive organization or foreign subversive organization. Any person convicted of violating this section shall be guilty of a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 , s. 775.083 , or s. 775.084 .
