No such trust shall be invalid by reason of the rule against perpetuities nor shall the rights of the persons creating the same, their heirs, legatees or assigns, to receive back their stock upon the termination of said trust be impaired or denied by reason of any application of the statutes of uses or the rule against perpetuities.
