The commission may deny the application of, or suspend or revoke the license of, any person who submits an application for licensure upon which application the person has falsely sworn, in a signed oath or affirmation, to a material statement, including, but not limited to, the criminal history of the applicant or licensee. Additionally, the person is subject to any other penalties provided by law.
