§ 3312. Cease and desist orders and injunctive relief.

(a)In addition to the legal remedies provided for in this chapter, the Division has authority to issue cease and desist orders to any person, corporation, partnership, or other legal entity who violates this chapter.
(b)The Division may file a complaint for injunctive relief with the Court of Chancery upon notice of a violation of a cease and desist order issued under this section. The Court of Chancery may award attorneys’ fees and costs if a preliminary or permanent injunction is granted by the Court. Nothing herein prevents the Department of Justice from seeking any civil remedy or criminal sanction for any conduct constituting a violation of this chapter.
