§ 912. Relation to other laws.

Any standards relating to minimum wages, maximum hours, overtime compensation or other working conditions in effect under any other law of this State on the effective date of this chapter which are more favorable to employees than those applicable to such employees under this chapter or regulations published thereunder shall not be deemed to be amended, rescinded or otherwise affected by this chapter but shall continue in full force and effect and may be enforced as provided by law.
Otherwise, any such standards in effect under any other law of this State on the effective date of this chapter are specifically superseded by standards established under this chapter or regulations published thereunder which are more favorable to such employees.
