Sec. 7-180. Change in facts on application to be reported.

If there is any change in the facts set forth in the application for a permit to conduct a bazaar or raffle subsequent to the making of such application, the applicant shall immediately notify the municipal official of such change. The municipal official may, if he or she deems such action advisable in the public interest, revoke such permit.
