Any town, city or borough, by charter or ordinance, may adopt a code of prohibited discriminatory practices and may establish or designate a board, commission, council, committee or other agency to investigate any allegation of discriminatory practice. For the purposes of sections 7-148i to 7-148n , inclusive, and subparagraph
(B)of subdivision
(9)of subsection
(c)of section 7-148 , “discriminatory practice” means a violation of section 46a-58 , 46a-59 , 46a-60 , 46a-64 , 46a-64c or 46a-66 .
