At the trial, all parties shall be permitted to submit evidence, including the testimony of experts, pertaining but not limited to the following:
(1)The elements or standards specified in the definitions of obscene and obscene as to minors;
(2)the artistic, literary, scientific, educational or governmental merits of the material or performance;
(3)the intent and knowledge of any defendant.
