(a)A person is guilty of false entry by an officer or agent of a public community when
(1)as an officer or agent of a public community, he makes any intentionally false entry on the books of the public community or
(2)he intentionally attests or certifies by placing his signature upon process that he has personally served the same, when he has not done so.
(b)False entry by an officer or agent of a public community is a class A misdemeanor.
