The commissioner may consider the community reinvestment performance of a community credit union in connection with
(1)an approval of an amendment to the certificate of incorporation pursuant to subsection
(g)of section 36a-437a ;
(2)an approval of an expansion of its field of membership pursuant to subsection
(c)of section 36a-438a ; and
(3)an approval of a merger pursuant to section 36a-468a . The commissioner may withhold approval of or condition an issuance of approval of such amendment, expansion or merger pursuant to this section.
