Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection
(a)of section 33-1045 , the corporate name of a medical foundation organized under this chapter shall contain the words “corporation” or the abbreviation “Inc.” or “Corp.”, and shall also contain either a word or words descriptive of the professional service to be rendered by the medical foundation or shall include a reference to the name of the member hospital, health system or medical school.
