Sec. 30-82. Sale pending renewal of permit.

No criminal information or process shall be issued against an applicant for the renewal of a permit pending the decision of the Department of Consumer Protection upon such application, or pending determination of any appeal from any such decision of the department; provided such application shall have been made and filed with the department before the expiration of his former permit within the time and in the form required by the department, and provided the application shall conform in all other respects with the restrictions contained in his former permit.
The right to sell alcoholic liquor, as provided in this chapter, may be revoked by the department in the same manner as provided in section 30-55 .
