In addition to the penalties otherwise provided under this chapter, including those allowed pursuant to section 30-55 , the Department of Consumer Protection may, for any violation of any provision of section 30-64 or of any regulation adopted under subdivisions (1), (2),
(3)and
(4)of subsection
(b)of section 30-6a , suspend, cancel or revoke any permit as follows: For a first offense, not exceeding ten days' suspension of permit; for a second offense, not exceeding thirty days' suspension of permit; and for a third offense, the department may suspend, cancel or revoke the permit.
