Notwithstanding any provision of this title, a fiduciary of a decedent's estate may sell or transfer ownership of alcoholic liquor listed in an inventory filed for such estate pursuant to section 45a-341 , provided such sale or transfer is:
(1)Approved in writing by the Probate Court having jurisdiction of the estate,
(2)approved in writing by the Commissioner of Consumer Protection or the commissioner's designee, and
(3)made for the purposes of an auction of the alcoholic liquor by an auctioneer licensed pursuant to chapter 403.
