Sec. 22a-133c. Hazardous waste disposal site inventory.

The commissioner shall maintain a hazardous waste disposal site inventory and provide for a method of recording the status of sites therein. The inventory shall include all sites listed on the report entitled “An Inventory of Hazardous Waste Sites in Connecticut and recommendations for Continuing Action”, prepared pursuant to section 22a-8a , and any other site said commissioner determines to be a threat to the environment or public health, including
(1)sites discovered pursuant to sections 22a-134a to 22a-134d , inclusive, and subsection
(d)of section 22a-449 , or any other regulatory program administered by the commissioner, and
(2)sites reported to said commissioner pursuant to Subtitle C of The Resource, Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976 (42 USC 6901 et seq.), as amended, and CERCLA or by any state, local or federal authority or any other source.
