The Legislative Commissioners' Office shall, in codifying the provisions of public act 93-262 and public act 93-381 and the public acts of 1993 and 1994, make name and title and such technical, grammatical and punctuation changes and statutory placements and classifications, including, but not limited to, the addition of newly enacted material to existing statute sections and the reclassification of existing statute sections or parts of such sections as are necessary to carry out the purposes of said public act 93-262 and public act 93-381.
The Legislative Commissioners' Office, in editing said public act 93-262 and public act 93-381, shall treat an internal reference to any part of the general statutes in any section of said public act 93-262 and public act 93-381 as a reference to that part of the general statutes as it was amended by any section of said public act 93-262 and public act 93-381 when such a reading is required to accomplish the purposes of said public act 93-262 and 93-381.
