For purposes of this section, “state agency” has the same meaning as provided in section 4-212 . On or before January 1, 2016, and quarterly thereafter, the Office of Fiscal Analysis shall issue a report on the overtime granted by each state agency to its employees. Such report shall include an analysis of
(1)how much overtime is granted by each state agency, and
(2)how many employees received overtime pay. The Office of Fiscal Analysis shall submit such report, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a , to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to appropriations and the budgets of state agencies.
