(a)Any minor who has been married or who has borne a child may give effective consent to medical, dental, health and hospital services for his or her child.
(b)Any such minor who has given effective consent as provided in subsection
(a)of this section shall be legally liable for any fees, costs or expenses incurred as a result of the rendering of any such service.
