Each department, office, board, commission, council or other agency of the state and each officer or employee shall cooperate with the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection and shall furnish him such information, personnel and assistance as may be necessary or appropriate in the discharge of the responsibilities of said commissioner and the board under this chapter and sections 4-5 , 4-124 l , 4-124p , 8-3b , 8-35a and 8-189 , subsection
(b)of section 8-206 and sections 16a-20 , 16a-102 , 22a-352 and 22a-353 . The Commissioner of Motor Vehicles shall require each person applying for a license under section 14-319 to submit in his application the information which persons registering under section 16a-22d are required to submit. The Commissioner of Motor Vehicles shall furnish the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection with such information.
