The restriction of any highway to use by passenger motor vehicles shall not prohibit the use thereof by motor vehicles in livery service as defined in chapter 244b, provided such vehicles comply with the regulations of the Office of the State Traffic Administration, pursuant to subsection
(f)of section 13a-26 , for the length, height and width requirements of vehicles authorized to operate on the Merritt and Wilbur Cross Parkways.
