Sec. 11-30. Contracts for library service.

Any state agency, municipality, taxing district or public or private library may contract with any other state agency, municipality, taxing district or public or private library to provide or secure such library services as may be agreed upon, which services may include, but need not be limited to,
(1)the lending of books and related library materials,
(2)the establishment of branch libraries, depositories or bookmobile service and
(3)cooperative purchasing and processing of books, recordings, films and related library materials.
