Any person, as defined in section 1-79 , who donates tangible property to a regional community-technical college shall be immune from civil liability for damage or injury occurring on or after October 1, 2013, resulting from any act, error or omission by such person with respect to such donated tangible property, unless such damage or injury was caused by the reckless, wilful or wanton misconduct of such person.
