The university, as defined in subdivision
(26)of section 10a-109c , shall provide that all funds allocated to UConn 2000, as defined in subdivision
(25)of section 10a-109c , for the purpose of deferred maintenance, as defined in subdivision
(29)of section 10a-109c , shall be expended for such purpose.
