The university, as defined in subdivision
(26)of section 10a-109c , shall conduct reviews of deferred maintenance needs at the university and annually submit to the Board of Trustees of The University of Connecticut, or a committee of the board, an annual budget concerning deferred maintenance, as defined in subdivision
(29)of section 10a-109c .
