The Board of Trustees for The University of Connecticut shall annually review reports of audits of any project of UConn 2000, as defined in subdivision
(25)of section 10a-109c , pursuant to sections 2-90 and 10a-109z . Such review shall be initially conducted by the board without the presence of university staff members.
