Whenever the term “state colleges” appears in sections 3-27a , 4-31a , 5-177 , 5-275 , 10-109a to 10-109d , inclusive, 10-110 , 10-113 , 10-114 , 10-115 , 10-115b , 10-115c , 10-115d , 10-115e , 10-115g , 10-115h , 10-115i , 10-116 , 10-149 , 10-155 , 10-325c , 10-326b and 10-334 , it shall be deemed to mean the “Connecticut State University” System.
