On and after July 1, 2006, and for each succeeding fiscal year thereafter, in determining costs eligible for reimbursement pursuant to subdivisions
(2)and
(3)of subsection
(e)of section 10-76d , subdivision
(2)of subsection
(a)of section 10-76g and subsection
(b)of section 10-76g , Medicaid reimbursement received by any local or regional board of education from the Department of Social Services for students of such boards of education shall not be deducted from grants paid in accordance with said sections.
