Notwithstanding any other provision of law except Sections 389 and 781 of this code and Section 1203.45 of the Penal Code, a law enforcement agency may disclose the name of any minor 14 years of age or older taken into custody for the commission of any serious felony, as defined in subdivision
(c)of Section 1192.7 of the Penal Code, and the offenses allegedly committed, upon the request of interested persons, following the minor’s arrest for that offense.
