An adjudication that a minor violated any of the provisions enumerated in subdivision
(d)of Section 13202.5 of the Vehicle Code shall be reported to the Department of Motor Vehicles at its office in Sacramento within 10 days of the adjudication pursuant to Section 1803 of the Vehicle Code.
