(a)Notwithstanding any other law, funds allocated for the purposes specified in paragraph
(3)of subdivision
(a)of Section 5965.04 shall be disbursed in accordance with the Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure Program (commencing with Section 5960), and this chapter, consistent with applicable law and guidance.
(b)The Department of Health Care Services shall issue guidance regarding the implementation of this article by July 1, 2025.
