(1)The Department of Housing and Community Development, in coordination with the Department of Veterans Affairs, shall determine the methodology and distribution of the funds provided pursuant to paragraph
(1)of subdivision
(b)of Section 5965.04, used for the purposes provided in paragraph
(1)of subdivision
(a)of Section 5965.04.
(2)The Department of Housing and Community Development and the Department of Veterans Affairs shall work in coordination pursuant to a memorandum of understanding.
(b)The Department of Housing and Community Development shall determine the methodology and distribution of the funds provided pursuant to paragraph
(2)of subdivision
(b)of Section 5965.04, used for the purposes provided in paragraph
(2)of subdivision
(a)of Section 5965.04.
