The individual program plan planning team, shall, pursuant to Section 4646, meet, when it is necessary to review any of the following:
(a)The appropriateness of job placement.
(b)The appropriateness of the services available at the Work Activity Program or Supported Employment Program.
(c)The individual habilitation service plan.
