Any male or female of reproductive age who is not at risk for pregnancy and is eligible for the program shall have available the scope of benefits provided by the program. Within 60 days of approval of the Family Planning, Access, Care, and Treatment (Family PACT) Waiver Program, provided for pursuant to subdivision
(aa)of Section 14132, the department shall seek to amend the waiver to add this expansion. The implementation of this section shall be dependent upon federal approval and receipt of federal financial participation.
