Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the name of a minor may be disclosed to the public if the minor is 14 years of age or older and found by the juvenile court to be a person described in Section 602 as a result of a sustained petition for the commission of any of the offenses listed in Section 667.5 of the Penal Code, or in subdivision
(c)of Section 1192.7 of the Penal Code.
