(a)The department shall develop a memorandum of understanding template, which shall be utilized by participating counties and health plans, and which shall include, but not be limited to, the standards relating to the local administration of, and minimum services to be provided by, counties and Medi-Cal managed care plans in the administration of the Whole Child Model program. The department shall consult with counties and Medi-Cal managed care plans in the development of the Whole Child Model program memorandum of understanding template.
(b)The department shall provide written notice to the county agency, as designated in Section 123850 of the Health and Safety Code, of the calculation for determining the administrative allocation to the county CCS program by means of county information notice. The department shall consult with the Whole Child Model program counties in determining the calculation for determining the administrative allocation.
